The brand communications and live events agency’s latest accounts, filed to Companies House, reveal its turnover was £8,739,030 in the year to February 28 2014, up from £7,601,328 in 2013.

Over the same period, its profit after tax rose from £158,959 to £350,730. The accounts show a slight shift in the markets for its work. While 26 per cent of the company’s operating profit was attributable to geographical markets outside of the UK in 2013, this fell to 16 per cent this year.

Concerto Live was relaunched four years ago, with Nick Robinson at the helm as managing director.

Robinson said: "We are pleased with the growth curve we have enjoyed for the last four years and were fortunate last year to win some new client accounts that expanded our portfolio and helped continue that trend.

"We try to work with like-minded clients, which has helped drive efficiency, and have focussed on more profitable areas of business whilst developing in-house capability in areas such as digital, to further impact positively in this area."
