Caroline MacKenzie joined events agency Zibrant on Monday (27 October) as director of association services. Earlier this month, MacKenzie left professional conference organiser Contendam, which is now facing liquidation.

Contendam's managing director Susan Hayden has also started at Zibrant as head of operations of association services.

MacKenzie will work from an office in Moffat, Scotland, while Hayden will be based in Faversham.

Talking to C&IT, Zibrant's managing director Fay Sharpe said: "Establishing an association services offering has been on Zibrant's agenda for three years, particularly in the last 12 months. It complements our healthcare services division."
