The Nokia Lumia Classic Car Rally took place on 23 October as a reward and a team building event for its top 12 distributors, following Microsoft's acquisition of Nokia earlier this year.

The one-day event saw the 12-person group split into pairs to drive along the South Coast in classic cars, such as the AC Cobra, Austin Healey and Jaguar E-Type, and to complete a series of tasks using the latest Nokia Lumia smartphones.

Events agency Pickled Egg designed activities to demonstrate the smartphones' capabilities, which involved using the handsets to take HD photos, emailing last minute re-routes and its maps service.

The day included a pub lunch at Radio DJ Chris Evan's The Mulberry Inn, drinks at Goodwood Motor Circuit and a stay at the Goodwood Hotel in Chichester, West Sussex.
