On 2 October, mobile brand Three brought together 1,600 staff for its largest event to date at The ICC at ExCel London, with the help of London-based events agency Brand & Deliver, which Three appointed in May.

The aim of this year's conference was to communicate the brand’s ‘reinvention’ from a value-led mobile network to being brand-led in line with the rest of the market, while focusing on its ethos of ‘Silly Stuff Matters’.

The event included showjumping rabbits, a clam-shaped ‘Glastonbury’-style stage, a festival-themed marketplace for Three's sponsors and vendors, a 100ft screen, snow machines and animated presentations.

Three is also working with Zibrant to deliver its UK and overseas incentives for the next two years.

In 2012, Three used the ACC Liverpool as the base for its Olympics and Thailand-themed annual sales conference.
