Carlson Rezidor to open Dubai hotel

Park Inn by Radisson Residence Dubai Jumeirah Village Triangle, operated by Carlson Rezidor, is slated to open in 2017.

The property will feature 261 studios and apartments and will add to Carlson Rezidor’s portfolio in Dubai, which numbers 14 hotels with around 3,300 rooms in operation and under development.  

Wolfgang M Neumann, president and chief executive of the Rezidor Hotel Group said: "Dubai remains one of our most important markets in the Middle East. The country is performing at high levels and gearing towards mega events such as World Expo 2020 which will further drive demand for internationally branded hotel rooms and serviced apartments."  

The property will be located on Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Road and will include a multi-purpose meeting room.
