More than 300 animal welfare professionals and 25 exhibitors will attend the two-day event, which takes place from 22-23 April 2015.

The ADCH and Petplan Animal Health Insurance will also host their annual Animal Charity Awards where an organisation will be rewarded for their contribution to the industry.

Matt Devereux, ADCH treasurer, said: "The conference will bring together so many organisations and individuals engaged in the rescue and rehoming of domestic pets.

"This is an enormous opportunity for members and those who are not members of the ADCH to benefit."
