Top Banana's rebrand follows a record financial year in 2013/14 that saw turnover increase by £2m and client spend by 40% year-on-year.

It has also invested £250,000 to open a new London office in Tooley Street, in addition to its Midlands-based office, and delivered events for Danone, Primark, Gucci, Bacardi and Barclaycard.

Future plans

As part of the rebrand, the agency has launched a new logo and a growth strategy to increase turnover by a 112% in 2014-15 and to double staff numbers by 2020.

Nick Terry, managing director, said: "There’s no doubt that this is exciting times for Top Banana. The rebrand is an important part of our ambitious growth plans and has been designed to support our premium offering and positioning within the events sector.

"Our new London presence is another significant move for us and we are already enjoying the benefits of being within a stone’s throw of our existing and prospective London-based clients."
