Events & Hospitality QM, the events arm of Queen Mary University of London, will open the new event spaces in the Graduate Centre at the university's Mile End campus in July 2016.

The building, which will be the new home for the university’s School of Economics and Finance, will feature a 200-seat, glass-sided lecture space, a foyer with café and a range of seminar and breakout spaces.

It will also offer an open plan reception space in a ‘floating’ glass box with outdoor roof terrace for up to 150 people with views over East London.

Simon Barlow, marketing and communications executive for Events & Hospitality QM, said the venue will present "a contemporary space with innovative use of light and glass for use by those seeking new and unusual event spaces in this vibrant part of London."
