The four-day FICO event, which is aimed at IT directors and business professionals with an interest in big data technology and analytics, will be held at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina in California and will feature former White House chief information officer and cybersecurity expert Theresa Payton as a keynote speaker.
Three agencies have been appointed to deliver the event, including Freeman XP, which will provide production services for the general session and expo build. The registration website and attendee management will be taken care of by GTR Global – Meetings and Technology, and GSE AV for AV services.
Moxie Promotional Marketing are providing attendee and speaker gifts and Casa has developed a mobile event app. Staffing is being supplied by Wingteam.
The conference, titled 'The New Customer Imperative', will feature 82 break out sessions, more than 100 speakers, 11 speciality tracks, 13 product showcase sessions and informal peer-to-peer roundtables. Key topics include debt management, customer engagement, analytic tecnology and fraud management.
New this year is the Decision Technology Forum, which will focus on real-time analytic applications.
The Solutions Center will offer a live demo environment to showcase FICO's latest products and will also host a welcome reception with a Beach Boys tribute act.
The FICO World VIP Networking Party will take place aboard the USS Midway Aircraft Carrier Museum. Throughout the ship, museum docents will share personal stories and anecdotes about the Navy aircraft.
FICO World occurs every 18 months and last took place in April 2013 in Miami. In 2016, FICO World will take place in Washington DC.
