EVCOM has awarded Sir Bruce Forsyth CBE, Sir Alan Parker CBE and Lord Digby Jones the EVCOM Fellowship Award for their contribution to the communication industries.

EVCOM CEO Marco Forgione and chair of EVCOM and drp MD Dale Parmenter presented the awards at the Evcom Fellowship Lunch sponsored by CTN Communications yesterday (7 October) at the House of Lords.

Lord Palumbo hosted the event, which was attended by 120 leading figures in Government, the arts and the media.

Forgione said: "The inaugural EVCOM Fellowship Awards, in association with CTN Communications, continue the tradition of our industry to celebrate innovative, visionary and outstanding achievement in communication."

London Olympia hosted Summer EVCOM last month (September) for some 200 event professionals, which included a series of educational seminars and panels on the theme of 'collaboration'.
