
Boas spent more than three years at E.ON having also worked on brand and sponsorship events for Sony alongside the James Bond franchise and the UEFA Champions League, as well as working for Adidas as global brand and communications manager.
In his new role, Boas will work with Paragon’s clients to create engagement and content solutions.
Boas said: "This is a really exciting time for me to join the Paragon team as they have a great vision for the future of the agency and how this will benefit our clients.
"They already do some great work and I think my knowledge and insight as to how brands work and what they need will help us further improve how we create strategies that deliver."
In July, Paragon appointed Megan Collins to the role of head of marketing from competitors Keith Prowse.
