The Clarks conference will take place at the Truman Brewery in East London over two days, with a catwalk-led show, workshops and an awards dinner for 400 head office and sales staff in December. Clarks hosts this type of event every six months.
Rebecca Bolt, group head of trade marketing at Clarks, said: "We were really impressed with TBA's creative thinking and are looking forward to developing some of these exciting ideas for our next launch in December."
TBA director Chad Simpson, who leads on the Clarks account, said: "We're massively excited by the opportunity of working with such an iconic brand at such an evolving time in Clarks' history. There is no doubt that the brand will reach greater heights over the next five years and we feel honoured to be part of the wider team to help Clarks achieve this.
"We are going to challenge convention. We will use a wide range of new technology and are still developing ideas, including ways to integrate social media and near-field communication. These will be implemented pre-registration, during the event and afterwards."
TBA's client list includes Diageo, Procter & Gamble and Samsung.
