Green & Pleasant Events will be a full service agency focusing on reward and motivation events including both inbound and outbound incentives for the corporate sector.

Green told C&IT: "I started up the events division at Paragon and felt that it was time to take on the challenge myself.

"I have a network of suppliers that can provide a range of services for corporate clients that need to incentivise their workforce."

Green will work alongside freelancers with the view to making a senior appointment in the next few months as the agency grows.

However, Green emphasised that Green & Pleasant Events would remain a boutique agency: "Clients have told me that they prefer an agency with a personal service because you can get to know your clients and in turn can provide tailored solutions bespoke to them."

The agency is already building its client list and will be delivering two London incentives this December for banking and financial clients.
