Agency drp was given the task of bringing together 3,000 JCB dealers, who spoke 14 different languages, from 100 countries to the brand's headquarters in Rocester, Staffordshire for an inspiring event that would be delivered 13 times over a five-week period.
Delegates were told the 'Story of JCB' through presentations interspersed with video content that brought key business messages to life. An exhibition-style breakout session demonstrated how JCB products compared to those of its competitors.
For the finale, drp erected multiple grandstands outdoors to create a quarry-like feel for a carefully choreographed performance involving actors, JCB machines and pyrotechnics, evoking the theme of innovation.
A 'Pulse Check' questionnaire was launched by drp to measure dealers' responses preand post-event against JCB's key event objectives. The results showed a significant improvement in delegates' understanding of JCB as an innovative company that provides support for dealers to achieve success.
