BMW Business Partnership Programme
Judges described the BMW incentive trip to Namibia as perfectly suited to the target audience. The BMW Business Partnership Programme aims to drive corporate sales performance and Zibrant LIVE was asked to deliver an aspirational incentive on a reduced budget and drive performance despite BMW raising the qualification threshold from 100% to 120% of target.
A luxurious and adventurous four-night programme was created including game drives, dune bashing, sand boarding, sea cruise and kayaking. It was supported by a 12-month communications campaign including launch presentations, monthly league tables and email teasers around the theme, 'Into the Wilderness'.
Despite the increase in qualification criteria, 39 people qualified for the incentive and Business Partnership reported a record year with sales up around 50% year-on-year, while the trip was rated 10/10 by all attendees.
