Hilton Worldwide signed a franchise agreement with Jurys Inn Hotel Group last year to take over the property and reopen it under the Doubletree by Hilton brand.

The new hotel features 229 rooms, however, as of 1 October this will increase to 372 and will include 66 deluxue rooms and 43 executive rooms.

The hotel also features 300sqm of meeting space across six suites, with facilities for up to 60 for a dinner and 90 theatre style.

The refurbishment has also introduced a new gin bar and restaurant, as well as an updated lobby and lounge area.
