The ArcelorMittal Orbit, located within the Olympic Park, Stratford, hosted the second of three evening events, known as ‘Orbit Lates’, on Friday night (15 August), with a silent disco overlooking the London skyline.

The silent disco, which was delivered by Silent Arena, was attended by 200 guests, including C&IT, who enjoyed the venue’s two event spaces located at the top of the UK’s largest sculpture.

The Park Hyatt New York hotel opened this week inside Midtown Manhattan's 90-storey One57 skyscraper, which includes 210 rooms, two restaurants and a selection of residential-style meeting spaces and an executive boardroom with an exclusive outdoor terrace.

Representatives from agencies including CWT Meetings & Events; HRG Meeting, Groups and Events; and Deva Events, attended a three-day fam trip to Berlin from 15-17 August.

The trip, which which was hosted by visitBerlin Convention Office, Adlon Hotel Kempinski Berlin, Conference & Touring and Germanwings, allowed the attendees to take in the history of the city as well as catching a glimpse of its conference and events pedigree.
