The Fresh Group has been appointed by DFS to provide event production, video, digital, exhibition services, creative and design for the second consecutive year.
The DFS conference is for 400 store managers, area managers, head office staff and senior management and will celebrate DFS’ achievements over the past four years, highlighting its commitment to quality and future business growth.
The one-day conference will take place on 13 November and will feature a main plenary, exciting activities, gala dinner, awards ceremony and after-party.
The event will build on the success of 2013’s ‘Above and Beyond’ 1940s military-themed conference, which took place at the Imperial War Museum Duxford.
Andrew Stephenson, HR director at DFS said: "After a hugely successful 2013 conference, the Fresh team has produced another outstanding proposal for 2014.
"DFS can now be regarded as a world-class British business - as the brand leader in its sector and the 2014 company conference will be an affirmation of that success. We are confident that the relationship we have built with the team at Fresh, joined up with the creativity, passion and commitment they put into every project, will deliver a truly memorable 2014 event."
Group account director at Fresh, Laura Taylor, added:"We are delighted to have been given the opportunity to deliver DFS’ 2014 company conference. Following the success of last year’s event the team at Fresh is extremely excited to once again be working with the team at DFS and we’ll use our deeper knowledge and understanding of the DFS brand and business ethos to build a truly fantastic, world-class event experience."
The 2013 DFS conference at the Imperial War Museum Duxford featured army-style core drills, an aeronautical display featuring DFS’ top executives, a wartime tea dance, glittering awards ceremony and entertainment from comedian John Bishop.
