Day two of the C&IT Agency Forum kicked off with a bang with Shed Simove, comedian, author and entrepreneur, delivering the first of many engaging talks.

Luke Southern, Virgin Media, gave the event's keynote speech before Ashfield Meetings & Events' Andrew Winterburn chaired a panel that included Office Depot, Permira Advisors and Amadeus.

Broadcasting live from New York was TEDx deputy director, Salome Heusel, who shared her thoughts on the dos and don'ts on how to create maximum engagement.

Today, Nick Brice, managing director, 360 Degree Vision, will draw the 2014 C&IT Agency Forum to a close with a session focussing on the key issues facing procurement in the industry.
