Lee has joined Inntel as meetings and events manager after 13 years at RBS to oversee a department that includes AXA, Lloyds Banking Group and First Group amongst its clients.
At RBS, Lee was responsible for the investment side of the business and managed the bank’s involvement in large global events including the International Monetary Fund, the Olympics and the World Cup.
Lee joins the company at a time of sustained growth with its meetings and events business up 41% year-on-year.
Lee said: "After working for large financial institutions, I wanted to work for an agency where my own experiences can add real value to a diverse client base, and where growth is based on strong client relationships.
"I’m proud to be leading such a strong and successful team. Over the coming months we will be looking to grow Inntel’s meetings and events business further by focusing on quality of service, process efficiencies, internal and external relationships."
Inntel managing director Douglas O’Neill added: "This is a period of rapid and sustained growth for Inntel. We are already meeting the needs of a broader client base and Jenna’s appointment, together with our meetings and events technology, will help to take our offering to a new level."
Last week, Channel 4 re-appointed Inntel as its official business travel and meetings management provider.
