In her new role as account director, she will work with the sales and marketing team to deliver events for some of its biggest clients including Jaguar Land Rover.
What did your role at Npower involve?
I looked after Npower's sponsorship of the England Cricket Team, the England 2018 Back The Bid World Cup campaign in 2010, and The Football League. I was part of the event production team that worked in a variety of areas from roadshows right the way through to large-scale events at Wembley and along Wembley Way. The focus was on engaging brand activity.
Why did you choose to make the switch back to the agency side?
Npower had a big change in direction from a marketing perspective and it felt like a good opportunity to take some time out. The opportunity came up to work with DRP Group and I jumped at it. The variety of work attracted me but the skill set and passion for creativity DRP Group has is ingenious. They are very family-oriented and they work together to help deliver the client's objectives.
What will your new role involve?
In my new role I will be looking after four accounts, the largest of which is Jaguar Land Rover. I will be helping to deliver its senior leadership conference as well as its awards and will work closely with its team to support the internal communications plan.
What has been your career highlight?
When I worked as an account director with Top Banana I helped deliver an event for the Gucci Group's senior leadership team at the Villa d'Este hotel in Italy. The entertainment was provided by Cirque du Soleil and the whole event had a very high-end feel to it.
