Zip World in Wales unveils new developments

Zip World Titan, the largest zip zone in the world with eight kilometres of zip lines is the newest member to Zip World, situated near the historic slate mining town of Blaenau Ffestiniog, at Llechwedd Slate Caverns in North Wales.

The attraction is a 40-minute drive away from the original Zip World site in Bethesda. At Zip World Titan, riders will be taken by vehicle to the start of the first zip line – the longest of three. There is a short and scenic walk between the end and start of the next two zip lines, with the last zip line returning riders to Llechwedd Slate Caverns.

Also located at the Zip World Titan site is Bounce Below, a set of three enormous trampolines within the Llechwedd caverns. Set to open on the 4 July, Bounce Below features an underground arrangement of three giant trampolines deep inside an old mining cavern, interconnected by stairways and slides.

The activity lasts approximately one hour and participants are supplied with a cotton overall and safety helmet before jumping on the train and being taken inside the mountain.
