Grass Roots strengthens customer engagement division

Grass Roots has appointed two new members of staff to its customer engagement division and a further two new additions to the business development team.

Victoria Strutt joins the agency as client partner having spent more than ten years at Tullo Marshall Warren where she was responsible for managing the customer programmes for HSBC and Wealth Management.

Chris Lewis has also been appointed to Grass Roots’ customer engagement division as client partner and will focus on the agency’s telecoms clients.

Lewis joins from The Global Insight Group where he was responsible for customer engagement programmes for Domino’s and Arriva.

In Grass Roots’ business development team, Natalie Beecroft takes over the division’s marketing manager role with previous experience at Microsoft and JDA, while Rafe Hyatt has been appointed to support pipeline acquisition.

Adam Goran, divisional director, said: "This is an exciting time for the customer engagement division and Grass Roots as a whole, as we continue to grow.

"People are our biggest asset and we’re excited to add to our great team."

Grass Roots is amongst a selection of UK agencies that have won places on the Government's £50m two-year events roster. Other agencies include Capita Travel & Events, Crown and the Live Group.
