Peplow joins the venue from Birmingham’s Hotel Du Vin where she was an event manager for ten years.

Christoforou’s previous experience includes working with guests at Disney World Resorts Florida before spending three years in Dubai working outside of the industry.

The two new recruits will work collaboratively with clients to help deliver a range of corporate events at the new venue, with sales director James Elston overseeing the team.

Elston said: "We are delighted to welcome Anna and Emma to the Vox. The Vox will exude freshness and vibrancy and I am confident that with the experience that Anna and Emma bring, along with their creative ideas, we will be able to deliver a unique and exciting delegate experience."

The Vox Centre will be part of the new £150m Resorts World Birmingham development and will be operated by the NEC Group.

The venue will offer three meeting rooms and five suites that can combine to host up to 900 delegates for a conference.
