The property, which is popular for meetings and incentives, has officially been renamed The Ritz-Carlton, Abama, bringing it in line with the hotel brand’s other global properties.
The resort will undergo renovation of guest rooms and the addition of the signature Ritz-Carlton Club services later this year. The Ritz-Carlton Club will offer groups an exclusive secluded space within the resort and will be located on the 10th floor.
The new Club Lounge will have panoramic views over the golf course and iconic Teide Mountain and an outdoor terrace.
Ritz-Carlton, Abama has 471 rooms, seven pools, 14 bars and restaurants, ten meeting rooms with capacity for up to 850 and a golf course.
