Hone joins the International Special Events Society (ISES) as the association’s only full-time employee from Tony Ball Associates, where she was production coordinator.

In her new role, Hone will be responsible for the day-to-day management of membership and event activities of the UK Chapter and will work closely with the ISES EMEA affiliate chair to facilitate cross-chapter strategies.

Jane Hague, ISES UK president, said: "We’re delighted to welcome Lucie on board. She joins with a lot of hands-on experience and enthusiasm and I’m looking forward to working with her to continue delivering a strong programme of educational events to our members and the wider industry."

Hone also spent two years at George P Johnson as a production assistant.

Former ISES operations manager Toni Griggs joined George P Johnson last month (May) as business development manager, but will continue her role as ISES EMEA brand champion.

Toni Griggs featured in C&IT's In The Spotlight in April, where she gave details about her new role with GPJ.
