Kap Europa includes an exhibition hall for 1,000 delegates, a divisible hall for 600 delegates and twelve further conference rooms on four separate levels.

Wolfgang Marzin, president and chief executive officer at Messe Frankfurt, said: "We succeeded in bringing about an increase of over 30 per cent in the number of congress and conference participants that come to Frankfurt every year.

"As a congress location, Frankfurt is now mentioned in the same breath as Vienna, Barcelona, Paris and Berlin. We are an internationally significant congress centre."

Kap Europa has also been awarded gold certification by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB), which means the construction and operation of the development meets the council’s standards of sustainability.
