The rise follows an increase in demand for teambuilding and motivational learning events.
Nicky Whyman, director, KDM Events, said: "On the back of this, and given the strength of forward bookings we forecast a 30%-35% increase for 2014.
"Teambuilding and entertainment are at the forefront. We’re not going to have a single quiet month this year, and we’re building on a successful 2013 when we chalked up a turnover increase of 9%."
In the last fortnight, the agency has appointed two new account executives as a result of the recent financial success.
Charlotte Board joins KDM Events from Npower where she held an administrative role while Jacqueline Plimmer joins the agency with experience in overseas business tourism.
Previous KDM clients include Kraft, Toshiba and Phillips.
