Microsoft, which runs a two-tier global incentive programme for 1,000 sales and marketing staff annually, is to incorporate Nokia's 60-person incentive programme from 2015.
This follows Microsoft's acquisition of Nokia's mobile phone business in April.
Microsoft's incentive programme is divided in to four regions around the world and destinations for 2015 include Bali, Hawaii and Cape Town.
This week Nokia is hosting an incentive programme for around 60 people at the Four Seasons Resort Nevis in the West Indies.
Speaking at Imex 2014 in Frankfurt, Michelle Samoulides, senior manger of Microsoft's worldwide reward and recognition programmes, said: "At Microsoft, I have been running three programmes a year since 2008. From 2015, we will incorporate Nokia's incentive programme into Microsoft's reward programme."
