C&IT TV: Google Glass

Ford's Dan Jones, BI Worldwide's Mike Davies and Twickenham Experience's Samme Allen share their views on what Google Glass means for the future of events.

A number of event professionals shared their views on Google Glass and the implications it could have on the events industry during an event at Twickenham Stadium, the first in a series of 'Twickenham Talks' educational sessions launched by Twickenham Experience, on 9 May.

C&IT canvassed views from Dan Jones, Ford of Europe's product communications manager; Mike Davies, managing director of agency BI Worldwide; Gareth Dimelow, George P Johnson's executive director of engagement planning; Samme Allen, head of conference and event sales at Twickenham Experience; and Slido's marketing manager Peter Krajnak.  

At the event, Sli.do showcased its Google Glass app that helps moderators at events.
