The Live Group will work on the ISUOG annual world congress for the next three years, starting in Barcelona this September and moving to Montreal in 2015.

The agency will provide support for the speakers and will film, live stream, capture and edit each presentation on site to allow them to be instantly available ‘on demand’ for members unable to attend the event.

In addition, the agency will be creating ‘pods’ onsite so that delegates can watch sessions they may have missed.

The Live Group will also use the GreenGage delegate management system and GreenGage Mobile App products, which will host hundreds of speaker presentations ahead of the event, allowing delegates to access the content throughout the day on their own devices and even take part in polls remotely.

Post-event delegate feedback will be analysed to generate relevant new content and improve the delegate experience for the future.

Toby Lewis, Managing Director of the Live Group, said: "This is a great win for the business and strengthens our portfolio of international pharma and medical events. "This is an ambitious association with a great vision for how they want their content to be delivered
