After graduating from Leeds University in 2006, Alexandra took off travelling. She did some work experience with Team Spirit during her degree and joined full-time in 2008.

Boss says: "Alex is loved by her clients and goes above and beyond to deliver the event they desire," says Ian Taylor, CEO and founder. "This was certainly the case with our client Regus. I am proud to have Alex as a key member of my team."

Best event I've worked on: We did Virgin Media's Sparkle Awards for 500 people. It was a winter-themed awards dinner and we used storytellers who incorporated all the winners in the narrative.

Most challenging moment: A client decided they wanted to do a five-day conference for 250 people in Rome within 35 days.

Client I'd like to work with: I would love to be involved in London Fashion Week.

Alternative career: I did a law degree so I could be in law or run a boutique hotel on Bondi Beach.

Goals before 40: I'd like to keep working with the clients I'm currently working with and perhaps do some further education.
