Having started her career in catering, Sarah decided events was the career for her. After a stint at Keith Prowse working on hospitality for Wimbledon, and five years at TRO working on client accounts like Honda and Chevrolet, she joined Sledge in in 2011, where she heads up the O2 account.

Boss says: "As a dedicated and strong account director, Sarah always puts the creation of a great event first and has created some brilliant, award-winning events for O2 by always pushing the client to be more creative and innovative," says managing director Laura Capell.

Best event I've worked on: O2's Campus Party Europe last September for O2 Telefonica, where we took over The O2 to create Europe's largest Techfest, or 'Glastonbury for Geeks' as its become known.

Most challenging moment: The Campus Party was also the most challenging because we had to create 3,500 network stations in a music venue that is not set up for that. Also, when we went live, it was a 24-hour site so there was no respite.

Client I'd like to work with: Any client involved with the Cannes Film Festival, or a brand like Google or Facebook would be pretty exciting.

Alternative career: I'd probably be in law working as a barrister as that's what I studied.

Goals before 40: I'd like to work my way up to a client services director role, and build a bigger and better client base, and win more global events. I'd also love to work abroad.
