Hannah graduated from Exeter with a language degree in Spanish and German, and started her events career at an event production company, where she worked for five years before joining Adding Value in early 2013.

Boss says: "Hannah is a consummate professional and consistently goes the extra mile for her clients and the agency. Her flexibility, attention to detail and flair know no bounds. A very deserving nominee for the C&IT A List, Hannah is a huge asset," says Tina Morris, managing director, events.

Best event I've worked on: An incredible incentive trip to Mauritius, which was amazing for obvious reasons, the destination being one. The Mauritian people were great to work with.

Most challenging moment: We organised a large car launch combined with an annual conference, and severe snow conditions on the day meant several suppliers couldn't make it and we had to change key set elements on the day and try and find new suppliers at the last minute. Delegates also had trouble getting to the event.

Client I'd like to work with: The RFU or International Rugby Board as I'm a big rugby fan and have never been involved with a major sporting event before.

Alternative career: I'd love to be an Olympic show jumper. Goals before 40 Continue to grow at the agency, moving up to account director level and beyond and run my own team and client accounts. I'd love to be involved in a high-profile pitch, and personally I'd like to continue my travels and start a family.
