The event for 120 people is being held to launch the new company to the insurance industry and staff who have helped to build the business.

The after party will take place at The Corinthian Club.

Sure Thing marketing director Michael Lynch said: "We are launching a new business that will be based in Scotland, but will also have national reach. We are bringing 'The Street Area' within the museum to life using entertainers and musicians. We want our guest to feel invested in and also to really enjoy themselves.

"We chose both venues because we really wanted to show off Glasgow and Scotland, particularly as we run up to the Commonwealth Games. We wanted to show a bit of our history, followed by entertaining at one of Glasgow’s grand and majestic night spots."

He added: "Having worked with Maximillion on a number of events in the past I chose to work with them again due to their high quality of work and expertise. In a nutshell, we have really high standards and I really trust them to deliver."
