London-based events communciations agency Crown has been appointed to Crossrail’s first external events framework, as the organisation transitions from the civil engineering stage of the project to the installation of rail infrastructure.
Crown has also been re-appointed to Transport for London’s event roster after delivering a year-long campaign in 2013 to celebrate 150 years of the London Underground.
The agency was appointed to Network Rail’s events roster in September 2013, which will see it work on Network Rail's internal and external awards ceremonies, AGM and ad hoc station openings.
Nicky Havelaar, managing director of Crown, said: "The fact that we have won a place on not just one, but three professional frameworks across the rail industry is a reflection of our ability to grow belief in brands with a diverse set of stakeholders in this sector."
Chris Mallindine, senior account director, said: "We are delighted to be continuing the great work we have been doing with TfL. This is a very exciting time for them, having recently celebrated the 150th anniversary of the London Underground. We are looking forward to carrying on working with TfL to build memorable moments and focal points around which we foster engagement with their brand."
