GIBTM, part of Reed Travel Exhibitions IBTM portfolio, is taking place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre from 24-26 March 2014 for more than 250 event planners and a record 300 exhibitors.

Venues for evening events include The Rosewood hotel and Yas Island.

At the exhibition, a new MPI report showed that political instability and security fears will shape future of meetings.

Also, Millennium and Copthorne are to open 20 hotels in Saudi Arabia by 2017.
