Rose joined Ice Blue Sky in Buckinghamshire in early 2008 as events manager from Absolute Corporate Events and will now head up the events and operations departments.

Ice Blue Sky is a B2B marketing agency that delivers events, particularly in the technology sector. Other clients include Sapient Nitro, NIIT Technologies and Zaizi.

Rose said: "We have started the year strongly and plan to increase our marketing activities to build on our experience within the technology sector. Alongside this, we developed some event software for a large client event last year and are now looking into the possibilities of expanding this into other client events.

"Personally, I am looking forward to streamlining the agency so that we can operate more efficiently on a day-to-day basis and to allow us to expand over the coming 12 months. We will be concentrating on our specialist sector and using our experience working with large, complex brands to push further into that market.

"We are looking to recruit in all areas of the business so it will be a challenging year to make sure that this is achievable and that we continue to deliver the quality our clients expect."
