The events agency becomes part of the 3% of organisations in the UK that are recognised in this way.

In 2013, 20% of individuals who left Zibrant returned to the agency.

Fay Sharpe, managing director of Zibrant, said: "It’s fantastic to be acknowledged for investing in our employees, as creating and maintaining a supportive work environment has been one of our key priorities as the business has grown. We’re also pleased to welcome back a number of staff members, who bring with them expertise gained in other organisations; these returning team members demonstrate that our commitment to developing and motivating employees is also recognised internally."

Helen McCabe, managing director, operations at Zibrant, said: "We are committed to providing a workplace where people feel they are given the right opportunities to succeed through reward, training and engagement. We know this is not just important to us as a business, but also to our customers and to be one of the 3% of businesses to achieve IIP Gold is outstanding. We’re also incredibly proud to have achieved Gold accreditation for the second consecutive time."

Earlier this year, Zibrant launched communications division Zibrant Live.
