Bluehat Group profit climbs to £1.3m

Bluehat Group's gross profit increased by 12% in 2013, compared to 2012, after delivering events for clients including ITV, British Gas and Barclays.

Bluehat delivered more than 450 team-building and corporate events in 2013 - a 25% increase year-on-year.

The agency also added 30 new members of staff and increased its office space by 50% at its London Bridge headquarters. 

In 2013, Bluehat also secured a partnership deal with Guinness World Records and launched a new treasure hunt app called 'Go Team'. It also set up exclusive partnerships with venues such as The 02 Arena and the Science Museum.

In 2014, Bluehat expects to increase its full-time team by a further 10-15%.

Ben Parkinson, commercial director of the Bluehat Group, said: "We are forecasting another record year in 2014 with a continued increase in the number of events that we organise for our agency and corporate clients to deliver gross profit growth of more than 25%."
