The training events will take place in the UK, with an estimated 300 attendees expected from a variety of business sectors across the country.
Echo Events will also deliver the North East Accountancy Awards at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead for 400 delegates in June.
Andy Hudson, managing director of Echo Events, said: "We want to take the lead on events rather than just wait to be hired, with the emphasis on moving into new technology.
"Industry data is reporting a growth of more than 16% in the value of the events business, with that trend expected to continue through to 2020. Echo Events will fight for its share."
Hudson’s previous experience includes taking charge of the BBC Proms in the Park and the Coca-Cola Music Festival.
As well as aiming to produce its own events, the agency will specialise in delivering conferences, association management and other large-scale events.
