Horseradish, set up to deliver catering for Chester Race Company’s customers, has now launched on and offsite event services and venue management, as well as catering solutions across its portfolio of venues, which includes Chester Racecourse, Chester Town Hall, Bangor-on-Dee Racecourse and Llangollen International Pavilion.
It has recruited Angus Wilson as head of catering, who has previously worked for De Vere Hotels, the Compass Group and ACC Liverpool.
Wilson said: "For many years we have worked with a large number of well known clients, providing creative catering for their events, but we have also offered additional services when they were required to great success.
"We took the strategic decision to expand our offering, and after much hard work we’re now in a position to be able to offer clients a full event management service.
"As part of Chester Race Company we can draw upon specialist support and operational services including health and safety, sales and marketing, human resources, ticketing, design, security and cleaning, in order to deliver exceptional events."
Wilson continued: "Working with a number of exciting venues, we can offer a wide range of exceptional on and offsite event services. Whether it is a private dinner for 20 people or an outside event for 45,000 people."
