The Interlink Express Conference and Gala Dinner will take place on Saturday 22 February.
Some 300 employees will attend the conference and more than 430 will attend the evening event.
The aim of the event is to reflect on Interlink Express' performance in 2013 and to share it 2014 strategy for growth.
A spokesperson from Interlink Express said: "We use the ICC for a number of reasons. Our network of franchisees are based throughout the UK so a central location is imperative. The venue is also superbly professional in looking after our very specific needs."
