The two shows will take place from 18-19 February 2015.
Donna Bushell, event director of the Event Production Show and International Confex, said: "Through this move we’re giving visitors the gift of time and allowing them to enjoy the experience of two major exhibitions, in one location, during an intensive two-day period.
"Both shows will remain independent, with features and educational programmes aimed towards the specific visitor profile. However, where cross over makes sense for both visitors, we will encourage a steady flow between the shows and a more spectacular feel to both."
MOBO Awards founder Kanya King is to speak at Confex next month, as well as Karren Brady, star of BBC's The Apprentice.
