Pickled Egg kicked off Kyocera's online incentive and reward campaign in January with its 'Pointbank' site, which provides motivation, education and communication for staff.
The brand has developed 'Kyocera University' as part of a training and communications solution for its dealers and distributors.
The first phase of the the reward scheme involves giving away a Mini, and will be followed by reward events, delivered by Pickled Egg.
The agency has delivered one-off events for the brand in the past, including Capital Rocks FM party, which took 15 Kyocera promotion-winners to a black-tie event at the Roundhouse in London in November 2012.
Pickled Egg is to complete a rebrand in April and will be moving to larger offices in Chichester, Sussex ahead of a recruitment drive.
In December, John Breedon joined from Ovation Incentives as sales manager of Pointbank.
Kyocera is a multinational electronics and ceramics manufacturer headquartered in Kyoto, Japan.
