After on-going assessment throughout 2013, the hotel group was given the Gold Award for handling enquiries for meetings and events.

Q Hotels’ managing director Michael Purtill said: "We’re over the moon to have been given another Venue Verdict award. Being named the best for event sales enquiries really shows that our dedication to customer service runs through the entire business."

Earlier this year six of Q Hotels’ properties were awarded Gold Standard Accreditation from Venue Verdict, as well as being named the best large group (20+ venues) for meetings venues.
