Ingram Micro, a Fortune 100 company and global distributor of IT products and services, took 10 top-performing staff members to Chester from 24-26 January.

The trip kicked off with drinks in the wine cellar of Peckforton Castle in Cheshire, followed by dinner in the hexagonal suite.

Team activities at the castle included falconry, archery and Segway riding, followed by a night out at Cruise Chester nightclub.

Ingram Micro chose Chester because it is easily accessible for all attendees and Peckforton Castle was selected for the 'wow' factor and the on-site outdoor activities.

A spokesperson from Ingram Micro said: "The Corporate Rewards team hosted our trip to Peckforton Castle and Chester and, once again, the planning beforehand and the organisation during the event was outstanding."
