Touch Associates recorded a net profit before tax of £242,269 in 2013.

The agency, which launched in 2012, now employs more than 30 staff.

In September, Touch Associates announced that it had secured Spar's events account.

Touch Associates director Patrick Collins said: "We are four months into our new fiscal year and our first quarter saw forecasts exceeded by 25%. We are expecting to see the business sales double, with 35% of the business being creative communications work.

In early 2013, Touch opened its first overseas office in New Jersey in the US.

Director Colette Murphy added: "This was a very brave step for us, but it is a market we know very well and our instincts told us that we could be successful; that business is now growing and will return profits in 2014."
