African Business Travel Association joins WTM Africa as official education partner

The inaugural World Travel Market Africa, taking place on May 2-3 in Cape Town, will feature content from the African Business Travel Association, the only member-led business travel association with a focus on corporate travel in South Africa and the African continent.

Issues under discussion include key trends, developments, challenges and opportunities from South Africa as well as how the country's destinations can revolutionise the business travel industry.

There will also be a dedicated session focusing on issues surrounding education within the African travel industry, organised by Kamilla Swart, associate professor from the Department of Tourism and Events Management at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, and an expert on sports and events tourism.

The event will be held at Cape Town’s International Convention Centre.
