The Wood Norton Hotel in Worcestershire will open its new £1m events venue on 6 February.

The Orangery sits opposite the main house of the hotel and can accommodate up to 120 delegates seated, or 180 for standing receptions.

It has its own separate kitchen and bar and glass frontage providing views over the Malverns and Worcestershire countryside.

The main house of the hotel reopened at the end of November 2012 after undergoing a £4m restoration project. The hotel has 50 bedrooms and a restaurant that seats 80 people.

The Wood Norton was originally built as a hunting lodge for European Royalty in 1897.
